Once you do the math and see the cost by sq/ft, other home builders like Monterrey, Mercedes, beat them by a mile. Our sales guy was great, the owner Eric Rome was terrible. Very unreasonable, terrible customer service and incredibly arrogant. The outdoor livng which is very subpar for the price. Newmark, Drees have much better outdoor living options. They do some neat things and use some top of the line features like the high-end kitchen.
