Drives our dogs crazy and makes them start crying. No documented way to mute it and customer support doesn’t understand.

Lateral adjustment of track was not described well in instruction, neither was the locking feature for the upright handle. I love the treadmill but I am giving four stars for two reasons. One the audible beeps of the machine are absurdly loud and annoying. Two the product ships from the U.S. but the speed is in kilometers per hour.
